Job Description : The Corporate Training Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for our corporate training division. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate training landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the corporate training division.
· Identify target markets and industries for corporate training services.
· Set sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
2. Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Edubex's corporate training client base.
· Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
· Develop and present customized training solutions to potential clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
· Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
4. Sales Execution:
· Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
· Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
· Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
· Stay informed about industry developments and activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
