Key Responsibilities
· Visit clinics and community areas for field activities
· Coordinate with patients for follow-ups and documentation
· Support community healthcare awareness programs
· Build relationships with clinics and local stakeholders
· Maintain daily activity and patient reports
· Assist in healthcare camps and outreach activities
Eligibility
· 12th Pass
· BSW / MSW
· Any Graduate with relevant field experience
Experience
· Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
· ASHA Worker (5+ Years Experience)
Required Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable with field work and local travel
· Basic reporting and documentation knowledge
· Patient coordination and community interaction skills
· Marathi / Hindi communication preferred

· Good team coordination skills
· Disciplined in reporting and execution
