Job Title : Assistant Manager - Hospitality Maintenance

Facility Maintenance: Oversee and manage the maintenance of the Tasting Room, Restaurant, Amphitheatre, and other guest-facing areas, ensuring their optimal condition and guest readiness.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.

Energy Management: Monitor and manage electricity and solar energy consumption to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.

Equipment Management: Regularly inspect, operate, and maintain machinery, equipment, and engineering systems to ensure safe and reliable performance.

Common Areas: Supervise the upkeep of common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal for guests and employees.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of work.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Emergency Support: Respond promptly to any equipment malfunctions or facility emergencies to minimize disruption.

Vendor Coordination: Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment logs, and operational data to support audits and reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.

Experience: Minimum 8 years in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and facility management.

Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
