We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Manager to setup and lead our inside sales function. The role involves generating qualified opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, mentoring inside sales executives, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with marketing and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and team management, preferably within the IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and qualification activities.
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound and inbound activities.
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and solution discussions with prospects.
- Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the field sales team to support closures.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and nurturing of prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and process compliance.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide feedback to management on market opportunities.
- Support development of new sales campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in inside sales/business development.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience.
- Experience in IT Services, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology sales preferred.
