Role Overview:
The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through hardware and system integration sales. The ideal candidate should bring a strong background in B2B hardware sales, team leadership, and strategic planning within the technology or system integration space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and marketexpansion

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Build strong relationships with key enterprise customers, OEMs, and channel partners

Identify new business opportunities and lead high-value deal closures

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

10+ years of proven experience in hardware sales, preferably in the system integration domain
