Your Role & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and outreach activities
- Engage with students, working professionals, and aspiring learners
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into enrollments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
- Meet monthly enrollment and business growth targets
- Maintain accurate lead records and reporting
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Who Can Apply
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Telecalling, or Inside Sales (preferred)
✔ Freshers with confidence and strong communication skills are welcome
✔ Any Graduate (Any Stream)
✔ English and Telugu communication preferred
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Passion for education and helping learners succeed
