Khosla Machines is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *Production Planning Executive* to join our team.
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Qualification:* Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production preferred
Experience:* 1–3 years in *Production / PPC / Machine Manufacturing*
What You’ll Handle
* Daily & weekly *production planning* and machine-wise tracking
* *Plan vs. Actual* monitoring
* ERP operations – *RPO/WO, BOM, material shortage, stock transfer & material requisition*
* BOM-wise *material availability* and shortage follow-up
* Coordination with *Design, Purchase, Stores, QC & Service*
* Tracking critical and long-lead materials
* Supporting *machine assembly, trials, dry/wet runs & FAT readiness*
* Maintaining trial/FAT records and pending points
* Daily production status and delay reporting
* Basic *RCA / 5 Why* problem-solving
Key Skills
✅ MS Excel & Reporting
✅ ERP knowledge – *Microsoft Dynamics NAV / similar ERP*
✅ Strong follow-up & coordination
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Ownership & problem-solving mindset
✅ Comfortable working on the *shop floor*
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
