Key Responsibilities
- Sample Management: Collecting, processing, labeling, and storing biological samples.
- Testing & Analysis: Conducting chemical, biological, or microscopic tests under supervision, especially for diagnostics.
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, sterilizing, and calibrating lab instruments to ensure accurate results.
- Documentation: Recording data accurately in the lab system for research or medical records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Typically a Diploma (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
- Experience: Positions are available for both freshers and experienced professionals (0–6+ years).
- Skills: Knowledge of aseptic techniques, lab safety standards, proficiency in phlebotomy (sample collection), and computer literacy for billing/documentation.
