Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our manufacturing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of HR functions within the manufacturing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management to support company goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and culture.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing or new legislation.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Foster effective communication between management and employees to enhance understanding of organizational goals and values.
- Handle disciplinary matters and ensure policies and procedures are followed fairly and consistently.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive roles in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and analytics.
- Knowledge of HR software, systems, and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred;
- Master’s degree preferred.
- SAP/ERP proficiency preferred
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Hindi/ Telugu (preferred/ strong advantage)
Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
