Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with accounting processes and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting (CA Inter or equivalent preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance requirements
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial services or NBFC environment
- Familiarity with MIS reporting and financial analysis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
