Key Responsibilities for this role:
§ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
§ Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
§ Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
§ Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
§ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
§ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients
§ Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
§ Speaking with existing customers on their IT requirements etc.
§ Managing LinkedIn business profile.
§ New customer outreach tasks.
§ Managing and updating CRM database.
§ Managing customer meetings and scheduling.
Must Have:
§ Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
§ Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like HubSpot
§ Experience in telemarketing or sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
§ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
§ Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
§ Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sale environment.
§ Should be polite and professional when engaging with customer and other staff.
§ Should be self-disciplined and punctual during working hours.
