The Good Care People is seeking Health Care Assistants to join our growing team in Kerala. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including help with mobility, bathing, feeding, and dressing.
- Monitor vital signs and offer basic health support as needed.
- Work closely with the care team to implement and follow personalized care plans.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients in home care settings.
- Maintain accurate daily records and reports on clients' health and activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to create a safe environment for clients.
Qualifications:
- ANM or GNM certification.
- Ability to understand and follow care plans effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
