- Mechanical Lead Engineer on Permanent role.

- Experience of 15 to 20 years relevant industry experience with at least 8 – 10 years as a lead)
- Excellent English proficiency
- Previous employment with western EPC company in a leadership role
- Experience with refineries
- Multiple simultaneous projects experience
- Experience with standard project planning and execution, including:
- Planning
- Developing mechanical scope of work
- Preparing labor estimates
- Participation in schedule development
- Preparing staffing plans
- Execution
- Assigning tasks to team members
- Managing labor budgets
- Schedule management
- Identifying scope deviations, preparing, and submitting
scope deviation requests
- Monitoring quality of deliverables
- Inter-discipline coordination
- Conflict resolution
- Mechanical equipment procurement, including RFQ, technical
bid evaluation, PO preparation, and vendor data review
