Position Overview
The Green Acres Academy is looking for a passionate and creative Drama Teacher for Grades 1–6 at our Kalyan Campus. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students through performing arts while creating a joyful and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Learning Design
- Apply knowledge of learning theory, content, and pedagogy
- Design lessons that cater to diverse learners
- Set clear learning objectives and create coherent lesson plans
- Plan engaging and effective instruction
- Use resources creatively and skillfully
- Design quality assessments to evaluate student progress
2. Learning Environment
- Promote respect and positive relationships
- Build a strong learning culture in the classroom
- Support positive student behaviour
- Effectively manage classroom structures and routines
3. Learning Experiences
- Clearly communicate goals and lesson purpose
- Explain concepts accurately and creatively
- Actively engage students in learning
- Facilitate discussions and collaborative activities
- Continuously assess student learning
- Respond effectively to individual learner needs
QualificationsMandatory Qualification
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Certificate/Diploma in Performing Arts
Preferred Qualifications
- TET/CTET qualification preferred
Salary & Timings
- CTC Offered: ₹23,000 – ₹38,000 per month
- (Based on experience and interview performance)
