Job Summary
The Kannada Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching Kannada language to primary school students, fostering language proficiency, literacy skills, and a love for learning. The teacher will create an engaging classroom environment that supports students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Kannada language and literature to students in primary grades (Grades 1–5).
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Kannada.
- Use creative teaching methods, activities, stories, and educational materials to enhance learning.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, classwork, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Identify students requiring additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Kannada or a related field.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Kannada.
- Knowledge of primary school teaching methodologies.

- Ability to engage young learners through interactive teaching.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Preferred Qualifications
