SCMConnect Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Professional Education space. We are currently setting up a dedicated Admissions & Student Acquisition Center for a leading organisation and are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain program features, benefits and career opportunities.
- Generate interest and schedule counselling appointments/walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and lead nurturing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, inside sales or BPO.
- Experience in outbound sales process preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Target-oriented and energetic personality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
