Saleshandy is a growing SaaS company helping businesses improve their sales outreach and lead generation processes. We are building products that enable sales teams and businesses to scale their outbound efforts with better efficiency and personalization.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can own and scale our complete marketing engine from building brand awareness to generating qualified demand and improving our touchless conversion funnel.
This role is for someone who thinks beyond channels and campaigns, someone who can build a predictable growth system connecting brand, demand generation, product, and revenue.
What You’ll Own
End-to-End Marketing Ownership
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Own brand, demand generation, acquisition, and conversion initiatives.
- Build scalable marketing systems that drive sustainable growth.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen Saleshandy’s market presence and brand authority.
- Build clear messaging and positioning across customer touchpoints.
- Drive thought leadership through content, communities, partnerships, and industry initiatives.
Lead Generation & Demand Engine
- Own the marketing pipeline and qualified lead generation.
- Scale channels like SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
- Improve lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and revenue contribution.
Touchless Conversion Funnel Ownership
- Own the complete self-serve customer journey:
Visitor → Signup → Activation → Paid Customer
- Identify funnel gaps and create experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Improve onboarding, lifecycle communication, and product-led growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Analytics & Growth Optimization
- Define marketing KPIs and build a performance-driven culture.
- Track and improve: * Traffic growth
- Lead generation
- Signup-to-paid conversion
- CAC efficiency
- Channel performance
- Marketing ROI
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Create processes for planning, execution, measurement, and improvement.
- Drive ownership and accountability across the marketing function.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience owning marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience scaling inbound, demand generation, and self-serve SaaS funnels.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer journeys, and growth loops.
- Ability to connect marketing activities with revenue outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
- Experience building and leading marketing teams.
