We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process of custom sportswear and team apparel. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, manage production teams, and coordinate with printing, stitching, and dispatch departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Manage printing, stitching, quality checking, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure all orders are completed within the committed timeline.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and customer service teams regarding order status.
- Monitor production schedules and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Manage inventory of fabrics, accessories, and production materials.
- Supervise production staff and ensure workplace discipline.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
- Optimize production efficiency and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in garment, sportswear, or apparel manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of sublimation printing, stitching, and garment production processes.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and production management tools.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Management, Textile Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in garment manufacturing or sportswear production.
