Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, increasing qualified organic traffic, and driving conversions through advanced SEO techniques. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
- Oversee on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, content structure, internal linking, schema, etc.)
- Manage technical SEO including site audits, page speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexation
- Plan and execute content SEO strategies in coordination with content and marketing teams
- Lead off-page SEO activities including backlink strategy, outreach, and brand authority building
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare detailed SEO performance reports
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Guide and mentor SEO interns or junior SEO executives (if applicable)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
