We are a leading education company offering specialized learning programs like Abacus, Vedic Math, Robo AI, and Rubik's Cube classes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele caller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, parents, and schools to explain our educational programs.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our services and courses.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain a record of calls and update the database regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Tele caller.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle objections and convince customers.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
