1. Clinical & Operational
- Conduct assessments for all residents and maintain updated health records.
- Assist new residents with medical forms and ensure prerequisites are completed.
- Administer prescribed medications and verify drugs for accuracy and expiry.
- Support the doctor in all medical procedures and clinical interventions.
- Maintain logs, registers, and digital records as per SOP guidelines.
- Ensure timely collection and dispatch of lab samples.
- Maintain inventory of medicines, instruments, and medical supplies.
- Oversee maintenance and functionality of medical equipment; maintain AMC records.
- Conduct daily crash cart inventory checks and ensure emergency readiness.
- Supervise biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per statutory norms.
- Ensure seamless coordination during emergencies; participate in mock drills.
- Conduct periodic health checks for employees and maintain related records.
- Participate and encourage resident participation in health and wellness activities.
- Ensure the Clinic is staffed appropriately at all times according to the roster.
- Maintain the Daily Logbook and share updates with the Resident Manager.
2. Resident Relations
- Respond to resident medical requests promptly and courteously.
- Address resident concerns and escalate unresolved matters to RM/Wellness Head.
3. Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow all clinical safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational hygiene and infection-control standards.
4. Training & Development
- Attend mandated training sessions on clinical practices and protocols.
- Support in training and onboarding of new nursing staff as required.
5. Reports & Meetings
- Maintain all medical records and logs in prescribed formats.
- Participate in daily H&W team briefings for operational alignment.
- Record and report relevant resident statistics for review and audit purposes.
6. Communications
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the RM, Wellness Head, and doctors.
- Coordinate with support functions (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) for resident care needs.
7. Others
- Provide nursing care within the resident’s home unit if required.
- Take accountability for clinic-related revenue and expense tracking.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to enhance resident care and community operations.
Work Complexities
- Managing diverse medical needs across residents with varying conditions.
- Responding to emergencies with prompt and accurate decision-making.
- Balancing scheduled checks with unplanned clinical requirements.
- Maintaining high accuracy in documentation, medication records, and communication.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
