- To complete 100% syllabus of allotted subjects.
- Complete responsibility of finishing the syllabus on prescribed timelines.
- To conduct tutorial class for weak students and solely responsible for their results.
- To attend all the students project reviews along with the project coordinator.
- Is responsible for the maintaining discipline among the students and staff, in general and of their department in particular.
- To bestow attention on the socio-economic problems of the students so as to help them in achieving the academic and co-curricular brilliance.
- To counsel the students and help in their personal, ethical, moral and overall character development
- To co-ordinate the academic, administrative and developmental activities of the department.
- Promote and encourage appropriate research and innovative activities initiated either individually or collectively by the staff of their department.
- Publish at least two research papers during the year in reputed journals having high impact factor. Involve in Research and consultancy activities.
- To supervise the conduction of assessment of student performance.
- To act as a counsellor/ mentor for a group of students assigned by the HOD and keep track of their progress. As counsellor will be responsible to advice the students under him/her regarding academic and co-curricular activities. Also understand the capability of the student and personal problems, which should be brought to the notice of
- Any other additional responsibilities may be assigned by the HOD, Principal and Management as per the requirements.
