We are looking for a competent and result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory Compliance and office administration.
This role requires a hands-on individual contributor with strong execution capabilities and the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Collaborate with business leaders for manpower planning and timely closer of open positions

Ensure adherence of recruitment process

Track and analyze hiring metrics
Performance Management

Drive performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, assessment)

Align individual KRAs with business objectives

Facilitate performance discussions and development planning

Support creation of a high-performance culture
Employee Engagement
-
Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs

Assist in driving retention strategies and improve employee experience

Assist in conducting engagement surveys and analyze feedback for action planning

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
HR Operation, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance and office administration

Manage employee lifecycle processes (hire to exit)

Maintain HR documentation, records, and HRIS
-
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
-
Timely resolution of employee queries and grievances
-
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

Validate attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions

Ensure compliance with TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory norms

Coordinate with finance for payroll closure and audits

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws

Maintain statutory records and coordinate with auditors/authorities

Drive and manage end-to-end office administration
Skills and Knowledge

Graduate in any discipline and MBA-Human Resources

10-12 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources

Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (including New Labour Codes)

Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor
