Yellow Ride is looking for an experienced and result-driven *Operations Manager* to lead and manage end-to-end ride operations across Delhi NCR. This role requires someone with strong operational experience in the ride-hailing industry who understands city operations, driver partner management, and day-to-day execution on ground.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with Rapido, Uber, or Ola and have hands-on experience managing city-wide ride operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ride operations across Delhi NCR including Delhi, Gurgaon.
- Ensure smooth daily ride fulfillment and maintain service quality standards across all zones
- Lead driver partner onboarding, engagement, retention, and support activities
- Maintain supply-demand balance to ensure ride availability and operational efficiency
- Handle real-time operational issues, escalations, and peak-hour planning
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as ride completion, cancellations, driver utilization, and customer experience
- Manage field teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution
- Build and strengthen on-ground operational processes across NCR
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and city growth
- Drive performance, productivity, and service standards across the region
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with Rapido / Uber / Ola is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Delhi NCR market and local operations
- Proven experience in managing large-scale ride operations
- Excellent driver partner and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve operational challenges quickly
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage complete NCR operations
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
