- Operate and monitor all Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) equipment, including pumps, blowers, agitators, clarifiers, and filtration units.
- Ensure proper treatment of industrial wastewater to meet environmental and pollution control standards.
- Monitor and maintain process parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, and dissolved oxygen levels.
- Prepare and dose treatment chemicals (lime, PAC, polymer, caustic, acid, etc.) as per process requirements.
- Collect water samples and perform routine testing to evaluate treatment efficiency.
- Maintain daily operational logs, chemical consumption records, and shift reports.
- Conduct regular inspection of pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, and treatment units to ensure smooth operation.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs of ETP equipment.
- Handle sludge management activities, including dewatering, storage, and disposal as per environmental guidelines.
- Follow all safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and maintain good housekeeping in the ETP area.
- Support environmental audits, regulatory inspections, and ensure compliance with statutory environmental requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
