Job Opening: Pharmacy Assistant / Counter Staff Pharmacy

We are hiring an energetic and responsible staff member for our retail pharmacy counter and local deliveries.
Compensation & Schedule: Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 / month
Incentives: Target-based monthly incentives on performance/sales
Working Hours: 10-hour rotational shift (Candidate must be comfortable working the 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift) Days Off: 4 days off per month (Working on off-days will be compensated with extra pay)
Key Responsibilities: Reading doctor prescriptions accurately and dispensing medicines Customer service and billing support
Shelf stock arrangement and daily shop cleaning/maintenance
Local medicine deliveries in nearby areas (Must know how to ride a two-wheeler; license not mandatory)
Requirements & Qualifications:
Candidates with prior retail chemist/medical shop experience are preferred
Freshers with a pharmacy background (D.Pharm / B.Pharm) are also welcome to apply
Degree (D.Pharm / B.Pharm) or knowledge of Bengali is an added advantage (not mandatory)
Must know how to ride a two-wheeler for local orders
