We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, and a passion for identifying top-tier tech talent in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.

Hire for Salesforce roles including Admins, Developers, Consultants, Architects, BAs, QA, and Project Managers.

Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and project needs.

Maintain and update applicant data via ATS (eg. Keka Hire).

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights.

2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1+ year focused on Salesforce hiring.

Proven success in sourcing, screening, and closing niche tech roles.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and associated skillsets.

Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Workable, Keka Hire, etc.).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/MHRM preferred).
