Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our sales initiatives. This role is best suited for individuals with a strong background in sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capabilities, customer relationship excellence, and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic B.Tech or other graduate to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive. If you are tech-savvy, analytical, and driven by results, this role is perfect for you. You will lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the jewellery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
· Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
· Identify new market opportunities and client segments.
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and wholesalers.
· Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) for alignment.
· Provide periodic reports on performance and forecasts.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
