Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in the fenestration industry (Doors & Windows) to oversee site measurements, installation activities, team management, and project handovers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in doors and windows installation and be willing to travel across India based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate site measurements and surveys before installation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
- Supervise installation of aluminium, uPVC, and system doors & windows as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage and monitor fitters and installation teams at project sites.
- Ensure quality installation, alignment, finishing, and timely completion of projects.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support during installation.
- Maintain project progress reports and installation records.
- Coordinate final quality inspections and project handovers.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines.
- Travel to project locations across India whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in a fenestration company.
- Experience in installation of aluminium, uPVC, or system doors and windows.
- Strong understanding of site execution, measurements, and installation processes.
- Experience handling fitters, contractors, and installation teams.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical drawings.
- Must own a two-wheeler for local site visits.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
