Role Purpose:
Provide high impact secretarial, administrative and operational support to the Director at Indian Chain Private Limited.

Responsibilities
· Administrative Support:
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Maintaining databases and filing systems, and handling expense reports.
· Communication:
Acting as a point of contact, managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the employer. Responding to inquiries, and distributing messages.
· Travel Arrangements:
Handling all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, visa and passport making and renewal process.
· Event Coordination:
PSs may be involved in organizing events, conferences, and other gatherings.
· Research and Reporting:
Conducting research on various topics and prepare reports and presentations.
· Financial Tasks:
This could include expense tracking, invoice processing, and other financial administration.
· General Support: Assisting with personal errands, household management, documentation and other tasks as of when needed. Taking dictations (using shorthand: not compulsory).
· Maintaining Records:
Keeping records, databases, and files organized and up-to-date.
· Interpersonal Skills:
Effective communication, discretion, and the ability to build relationships are crucial for interacting with various stakeholders. Communicating with internal teams and other employees to avail the update as per requirement.
· Discretion and Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive information and are expected to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Must have: Excellent English communication skill, good education background, smartness as per the requirement, mobility and promptness.

PSs need strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for interacting with others.

· Adaptability and Flexibility:
Should have ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations is crucial.
· Attention to Detail:
Accuracy and attention to detail are important for tasks like record-keeping and travel arrangements.
· Proficiency in Technology:
Familiarity with office software, communication tools, and other relevant technologies like is necessary. Knowledge of G-Suit or advance excel, PPT presentation would be preferred.
Experience Required: 3+yrs in the relevant field.
Industry Type: Manufacturing/Any Engineering/Other industry.
Education: Minimum Graduate (with good result)/ MBA/BBA (Professional certification will be a plus).
Computer knowledge: Must be good in basic and advance level of MS Office. Knowledge of Google suit and any other tools will be a plus.
