Job Summary:
We are seeking a US Marketing Executive with Email Marketing expertise to manage and execute targeted email campaigns for US-based clients. The role focuses on lead generation, email outreach, campaign optimization, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting US prospects
- Build and maintain email databases and segmented contact lists
- Create and send cold email outreach campaigns for lead generation
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused email content
- Monitor email campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversions)
- Perform A/B testing to improve email effectiveness
- Maintain CRM records and track lead status updates
- Coordinate with sales teams to nurture and convert leads
- Ensure email deliverability and compliance with best practices (SPAM guidelines)
- Work in alignment with US time zone requirements
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)
- Strong written and Speaking communication skills
- Understanding of cold emailing and B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar)
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics
- Willingness to work in US/night shift
