· Conduct medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments.
· Manage medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
· Collaborate with nurses, specialists and other healthcare professionals.
· Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including medication management and referral to specialists.
· Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare teams.
· Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.
