Travel Consultant (CX Agent)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and emails with professionalism.
- Manage ticketing — issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and customer experience.
- Stay updated on travel systems (Amadeus, Galileo), airline codes, and fare types.
- Support automation and daily reporting for better efficiency.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or IATA certified.
- Experience in B2B client management (Agency/Corporate).
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of CRS/GDS systems, Visa, Train/Bus, Cabs, Packages preferred.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
Shifts:
- Girls: 7 PM – 9 PM window shift
- Boys: 24/7 rotational shift
Salary: Based on skills & as per industry standards
