We are hiring a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive at SMSGatewayHub Technologies Pvt Ltd (STPL), one of India's trusted enterprise messaging platforms offering Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, OTP Solutions, and RCS Messaging.
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients and explain our messaging solutions (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS, OTP)
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain a daily call log and update records in the CRM
- Handle inbound queries from interested clients and provide product information
- Meet monthly sales targets and call volume goals
- Coordinate with the sales/MIS team for smooth lead handover and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is a plus)
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)
- Prior experience in tele sales or customer support is an advantage (Freshers may also apply)
