Job Title: Academic Mentor
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Academic Mentor to support students after enrolment by guiding them through onboarding, explaining course details, and ensuring a smooth start to their classes. The role requires strong communication, regular follow-ups, and student support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact students after admission and complete welcome calls
- Guide students on course structure and learning platform
- Provide regular follow-ups and reminders for classes and fees
- Share class links and ensure students attend sessions
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM/Google Sheets
- Address student queries and provide continuous support
Requirements:
- Qualification: Degree and above
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Location: Chakkai, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
