We are looking for an energetic and confident team member who can represent brands on camera, create engaging content, interact with customers, and support marketing activities.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Content Presenter & Marketing Executive (MTS) who is confident in front of the camera, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to travel across Budaun district for video shoots and promotional campaigns.
This is a multi-tasking role where you'll work on content creation, customer interaction, telecalling, and ground marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Content Creation
- Present in promotional videos and reels.
- Explain Hero motorcycles and scooters on camera.
- Create feature demonstration videos.
- Shoot customer testimonial videos.
- Record delivery celebration videos.
- Present festival and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with the video production team.
Social Media Support
- Assist in content planning.
- Participate in photo and video shoots.
- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook content.
- Help publish reels and stories.
Ground Marketing
- Travel to villages and nearby towns.
- Participate in canopy campaigns.
- Promote products during village activations.
- Interact with customers.
- Collect enquiries.
- Support leaflet distribution.
- Assist during promotional events.
Customer Interaction
- Welcome customers professionally.
- Record customer feedback videos.
- Encourage Google Reviews.
- Explain ongoing offers.
Telecalling (When Required)
- Call warm leads.
- Follow-up with interested customers.
- Confirm test rides.
- Invite customers to showroom events.
- Update lead status.
Daily Reporting
- Submit daily work report.
- Share shoot updates.
- Upload collected leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing manager.
