Chinese Commi-1
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per hotel standards
- Handle wok cooking and Chinese section operations
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Support senior chefs during buffet and banquet operations
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in Chinese Kitchen
- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine and sauces
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Team player with positive attitude
