What You’ll Do Sales & Team Leadership
- Partner closely with the Team Leader to run daily sales operations
- Handle high-quality leads, client follow-ups, and strategic site visit planning
- Play a key role in negotiations, deal structuring & closures
- Mentor and guide Relationship Managers & Sales Executives
- Track team performance, conversions, and sales funnels
Channel Partner & Developer Management
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Coordinate with top developers on inventory, pricing, offers & site logistics
- Support deal closures aligned with developer and company guidelines
Operations, Process & Compliance
- Ensure 100% RERA-compliant sales practices
- Maintain accuracy in booking forms, agreements, and CRM data
- Follow internal processes for documentation, approvals, and audits
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Maintain CRM hygiene, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with internal CRM, operations & finance teams
- Handle client escalations smoothly, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales
- Hands-on exposure to site visits, negotiations, channel partners & closures
- Prior team mentoring or leadership exposure preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation & people-management skills
- Target-driven, process-oriented, and detail-focused
- Solid understanding of the Bangalore real estate market
