We at Shree Bajrang Techno Engineers Pvt. Ltd. are searching for an active and dynamic candidate to join our growing industry as a storekeeper and enhance his experience at the AAC manufacturing division. Candidates who are experienced in following are invited to apply:
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical audits.
2. Material Receipt & Inspection
- Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and invoices.
- Inspect materials for quantity and quality before acceptance.
- Coordinate with procurement and quality teams for discrepancies.
3. Storage & Handling
- Ensure proper storage of AAC raw materials (cement, fly ash, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder, etc.).
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Ensure safe handling and storage to prevent damage or contamination.
4. Issue & Dispatch Management
- Issue materials to production as per requisition slips.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Coordinate dispatch of finished AAC blocks as per sales orders.
5. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.
- Update inventory records in ERP/software systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
6. Coordination
- Work closely with production, procurement, and accounts departments.
- Assist in planning material requirements based on production schedules.
7. Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Follow safety guidelines for material storage and handling.
- Ensure proper labeling and stacking of materials.
8. Loss Prevention & Control
- Monitor and control material wastage, damage, or pilferage.
- Implement proper security and control measures in the store.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate / Diploma (preferably in material management or a related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping (preferably in manufacturing/AAC plant).
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of AAC raw materials and plant operations.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with industrial spare parts and maintenance inventory.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
