Position: Bar & Mocktail Specialist
Location: The Grand Sona Hotel
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails and beverages.
- Create innovative drink presentations and recipes.
- Maintain bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Manage beverage stock and inventory.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in mocktail preparation and beverage service.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of bar operations and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
