As an Infra Managed Service Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will require a deep understanding of the products and services offered, allowing you to design tailored resolutions that enhance client satisfaction and system performance.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of lifecycle data relating to program assets and the asset tracking system i.e. ServiceNow or any other ITAM tool.
2. Track lease and warranty data in support of refresh as well as end of life processes.
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of asset data.
4. Manage preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports.
5. Identify and report on potential issues with the asset tracking tool, supporting systems and inputs.
6. Establishes linkage with configuration management, budgeting and procurement processes to track asset acquisition, utilization, configuration and retirement of assets.
7. Manage data with tables in the CMDB and Assets and its Data Sources.
8. Plans and manages a population of the Configuration Management System, including discovery and other data import methods.
Technical Experience: -
1. Strong knowledge on ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera.
2. Good to have - MID Server configurations for Integrations data pull.
3. Good to have - Customizes ServiceNow configuration, including custom scripts.
Professional Attributes: -
1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience ServiceNow.
2. Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT asset / CMDB management.
