We are looking for a Business Development Executive to develop and manage doctor referral networks for our eldercare services. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, clinics, and physicians to generate patient referrals for services such as home healthcare, assisted living, and geriatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics
- Generate patient referrals for eldercare services
- Conduct regular doctor visits and follow-ups
- Promote company services through presentations and meetings
- Maintain referral database and daily activity reports
- Achieve monthly referral targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (Healthcare/Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or doctor referral marketing
- Good communication and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹11,453.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
