Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Coordinate communication between departments and distribute reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Prepare and maintain company records, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and oversee office procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Support bookkeeping and expense documentation.
- Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
- Oversee office maintenance, vendor management, and inventory
