The AM HR – Recruitment & HR Operations will drive end-to-end recruitment for open positions across departments (with priority focus on Sales and CRM), while also managing core HR operations such as onboarding, attendance, documentation, compliance and employee lifecycle processes. The role is central to building a professional, performance-driven and accountable work culture at EARA Group.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer release and closure, particularly for Sales, CRM and customer-facing roles.
* Maintain and update position-wise vacancy trackers, pipeline status and joining schedules.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and consultants; build and maintain a talent pipeline.
* Coordinate interviews with respective department heads and ensure timely feedback and closure.
* Track offer-to-joining conversion and follow up on pending closures.
2. Onboarding & Induction
* Plan and conduct induction for new joiners; ensure smooth departmental onboarding.
* Track completion of joining formalities, documentation and induction schedules.
* Coordinate with department heads to ensure new joiners are productive within the defined timeline.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
* Maintain employee files, appointment letters, KYC records, NDAs and policy acknowledgements.
* Ensure all employee documentation is complete, updated and audit-ready.
* Manage attendance, leave records and punctuality tracking; flag exceptions for review.
* Support payroll input preparation, attendance reconciliation and coordination on incentives/deductions.
* Track probation timelines and coordinate confirmation assessments with reporting managers.
4. Performance & Engagement Support
* Support implementation and tracking of KRAs/KPIs for every position and department.
* Assist in coordinating performance reviews and follow-up on previously communicated performance concerns.
* Track employee engagement inputs, attrition risks, resignations and exit formalities.
* Support disciplinary case documentation (attendance, absenteeism, non-compliance) and follow-up on actions taken.
5. Policy, Compliance & Reporting
* Support implementation of HR policies and SOPs (attendance, leave, performance management, code of conduct, reporting).
* Track statutory compliance status (PF, ESI, Professional Tax and related labour documentation) in coordination with the compliance/finance team.
* Prepare and maintain department-wise and employee-wise HR MIS reports for Management review.
* Coordinate training needs identification and support scheduling of the training calendar, particularly for Sales, CRM and customer-facing teams.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
* Recruitment closure TAT (Time-to-Hire) and offer-to-joining ratio.
* Timely, accurate and complete HR MIS/reports for review meetings.
* Onboarding and documentation completion rate for new joiners.
* Attendance and payroll input accuracy and timeliness.
* Employee documentation completeness and audit readiness.
* Support in achieving 100% KRA/KPI definition and monthly tracking across departments.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification
* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA-HR preferred).
Experience
* 5-10 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
* Experience in real estate, sales-driven or customer-facing organisations will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; ability to close positions within defined timelines.
* Working knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance basics (PF/ESI/PT) and documentation practices.
* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for MIS and reporting.
* Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
* High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
