Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with potential clients.
- Explain property details, pricing, location, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated with property inventory, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and confidence while dealing with customers.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, or business development will be preferred.
