Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental examinations, OPG/X-ray analysis, and diagnosis of oral conditions
- Carry out procedures including scaling & polishing, fillings, extractions, RCT, crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and case documentation
- Refer complex cases to in-house specialists or external consultants as required
- Follow strict infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols
- Meet daily patient targets while maintaining high-quality care standards
- Coordinate with dental assistants and front desk staff for smooth patient flow
- Participate in dental camps, community outreach, and in-clinic awareness programs
- Stay updated on advancements in dental techniques, materials, and technology
Requirements
- BDS from a recognized dental institution (MDS preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI)
- 0–5 years of clinical experience (freshers with strong skills welcome)
- Proficient in core dental procedures independently
- Strong chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for EMR/software-based records
