We are looking to employ a full time HR recruiter and manager responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for our Hospitality organization. Focus should be on hiring, sustaining and managing the workforce of the resort and analysing human resource ROI.
HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Filling positions within an organization.
- Developing own network of suitable candidates - PREFERABLY LOCALS FROM HIMACHAL. Therefore, a pre-existing experience dealing with the workforce of the hotel industry of Himachal is preferred.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently for departments such as SALES, FnB SERVICE AND KITCHEN, HOUSEKEEPING, FRONT OFFICE, ACCOUNTS, MANAGEMENT ETC
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Interviewing candidates.
- Preparing job offers.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
