Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing support to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and improve services
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely renewals or payments
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
