Primary Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide Platform Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives, driving modernization, technology upgrades, and compliance across applications, platforms, and cloud environments

Develop and execute modernization strategies for .NET, Angular, and other strategic technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and long-term technology roadmaps

Own and govern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD platforms, source control governance, artifact management, software supply chain security, and engineering automation

Drive enterprise vulnerability management and remediation programs across application security, cloud security, infrastructure security, and third-party security findings, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure timely closure of security vulnerabilities, modernization commitments, and engineering objectives

Lead cross-functional global teams, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and execution oversight while fostering a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, automation, and continuous improvement

Drive strategic backlog prioritization and investment decisions balancing business outcomes, risk reduction, security posture, and modernization goals

Champion adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, automation frameworks, and reusable engineering solutions to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery

Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication on modernization progress, security posture, compliance readiness, and enterprise risk mitigation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Master's degree preferred

12+ years of progressive software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java/.NET technology stack, distributed systems, and enterprise application development

Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/SQL database design, performance tuning, and data management
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and platforms, including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar enterprise build and deployment solutions
-
Experience designing, developing, and supporting microservices-based architectures and cloud-native applications at scale
-
Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Camunda and other workflow/rules engine technologies
-
Experience leading application modernization, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and enterprise security initiatives
-
Experience leading and managing hybrid global engineering teams, fostering collaboration across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
-
Experience managing competing priorities, mitigating risks, and delivering outcomes aligned with business, security, and technology objectives

Solid understanding of modern software architecture, API design, integration patterns, and secure software development practices

Proven track record of driving Generative AI adoption, building AI-enabled engineering solutions, and leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and quality

Demonstrated solid leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, architecture, and security organizations

Demonstrated ability to take full accountability for project and program delivery, driving initiatives from strategy, planning, and execution through successful production implementation and operational support
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with security scanning and governance tools such as CodeQL, Dependabot, Secret Scanning, SAST, DAST, and Software Supply Chain Security controls

Leadership experience managing large-scale modernization, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and security initiatives

Solid expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred), application modernization, CI/CD, GitHub ecosystem, vulnerability management, and engineering governance

Knowledge of artifact management and repository governance tools such as JFrog Artifactory or equivalent platforms

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across engineering, security, and business organizations

Demonstrated ability to partner with Security, Architecture, Compliance, Product, and Engineering leadership teams to define priorities, governance models, and execution strategies that reduce technology risk and improve operational resilience.
