About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive the growth of our industry-relevant training and internship programs. In this role, you won't just be "selling" courses; you’ll be empowering undergraduate students with the practical skills they need to launch their careers.
As this is a Revenue Share model, your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. There is no ceiling on your income the more students you enroll and partnerships you build, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and reach out to undergraduate students, student groups, and placement cells to promote Edxcellence programs.
Institutional Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and HODs across colleges to facilitate bulk enrollments or workshops.
Digital Outreach: Execute marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build a community of learners.
Student Counseling: Act as a career advisor, helping students understand how our certifications and hands-on projects (AI, Full-Stack, Cybersecurity, etc.) will benefit their resumes.
Revenue Management: Track your sales funnel and hit monthly enrollment targets to maximize your share of the revenue. (e.g., "Earn 15-25% per successful conversion")
